David Kellett is a Managing Director of Hotel Transactions at Invesco Real Estate, co-heading the specialist hotel fund management team at Invesco Real Estate.
David began his investment career in 1999 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2018 from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) where he worked for 6 years, holding senior roles including head of investor relations and head of development in Europe. Prior to IHG David worked in investment banking at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and an independent boutique. David has 22 years of transaction experience, which has focused on real estate, hospitality and leisure sectors for the last 17 years..
David earned a degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford. He is based in the London office.
